A572 Steel Plate Supplier
Universal Steel stocks A572-50 from 3/16” thick up to 4” thick, and A572-42 above 4” thick up to 6” thick. A572 is used in structural applications where strength and notch toughness are more critical than the general A36 requirements. Standard stock is provided in the as-rolled condition; however, normalized material can be obtained. A572 material with min Charpy (CVN) requirements is available upon request.
